By request I have put down my trowel and washed the dirt from my hands so I can share a little of my creative world with you. The Creative Gardener was created out of the desire to combine all of my passions. Gardening, teaching, designing, writing, decorating and treasure hunting. This all takes place at my little red house with the white pickett fence surrounded by my garden that grows wild and happy!

Iron Creations
Spring is just around the corner so we need to be busy creating inventory. James creates the iron pieces that are great for decorating the garden along with all the very useful utility pieces such as gates, arbors and sweet pea screens. We will be adding weathered wood planter boxes with small iron ornaments like rusty stars, flowers and hearts or maybe a little bird posted on the side. I had stopped making potting benches a few years back, the market became saturated with them, but I haven't seen any lately like mine so I think it would be a good time to bring them back. The round flat piece of iron on a stick that you see in the picture was a custom designed order for one of our customers, she wanted a place to put her coffee cup in the garden. The bird nest on a garden stake w/ the little bird are available now as part of our Spring line. I will continue to share all our new creations with you as they come about.
