By request I have put down my trowel and washed the dirt from my hands so I can share a little of my creative world with you. The Creative Gardener was created out of the desire to combine all of my passions. Gardening, teaching, designing, writing, decorating and treasure hunting. This all takes place at my little red house with the white pickett fence surrounded by my garden that grows wild and happy!

Shelves Full of Succulents
My green house becomes a little crowded during these winter months, I tired to squeeze in as many of my plants as possible while still leaving enough room to do basic task. I love my iron shelves, James made them for us out of iron salvage, (he will make custom pieces so if you have a need for such things keep us in mind). The olive tree in the background was grown from an olive pit, it is about three years old and hopefully will produce someday. I like mixing in some of my primitives like the old rusty scale, watering cans, and old garden tools. Most of the tools I use in the green house are vintage, they not only work well but also create a fun vintage look!
